What does Vibu cost?

Nothing. Vibu is free. We do not take a cut of your sales or your discount, we do not charge per redemption, and we do not charge per location.
Do my customers need to install an app?

No. They scan a QR with their phone camera, the page opens in their default browser, and that page is the voucher. They can bookmark it or save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Never an install.
Do I need new hardware?

No. Your phone runs the Vibu vendor app. The QR you give to customers is a printed sticker or sign. You keep your existing register, your existing payment terminal, your existing setup.
Does Vibu touch the payment?

No. Vibu is a discount instrument, not a payment processor. You collect payment exactly the way you do today. Vibu just tells you that this customer is owed a specific discount, and records it as redeemed.
What happens if a customer loses the link?

If they saved it to Apple or Google Wallet, it is durable. If they only bookmarked the page and lost the bookmark, the voucher is gone. You can issue them a new one if you want.
Can I customize the rules?

Yes. Discount type and amount, valid days, valid hours, valid items or categories, expiry date, minimum spend, per-customer redemption limit. Build the rule that fits your business.
What if my staff hands out vouchers to friends?

Each employee approves with their own login on the Vibu app. Every approval is recorded against their account. The audit trail is automatic.
What if I lose internet at the counter?

Issuing requires a connection. If your connection drops, hand the customer a printed card with the voucher terms and ask them to scan when they get a signal at home.
Can a customer redeem the same voucher twice?

No. Once redeemed, the voucher is locked.
What if I lose internet at redemption?
+
Redemption needs a connection so the app can confirm the voucher hasn't already been used. If your connection drops, ask the customer to come back when you're online. We'd rather you delay one redemption than risk redeeming a voucher twice.
What if a customer screenshots the voucher and sends it to a friend?

The voucher is single-use. Whoever shows up at the counter first redeems it; after that, the voucher is locked. A forwarded screenshot is harmless — at worst, one of the two people gets the discount, not both.
What data does Vibu collect about my customers?

On the basic flow: nothing personal. The customer scans, the system tracks the voucher, no email or phone number is collected.
What data does Vibu collect about my business?

The vouchers you issue and redeem, the offers you create, your business name and contact info. We use it to run the service. We do not sell it.
How do I cancel?

You stop using the app, or you delete your account from the dashboard. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Where is Vibu available?

We are starting in Rabat, Morocco. If you are in Rabat, sign up. If you are elsewhere in Morocco, sign up anyway and we will expand outward from demand.
Is Vibu a loyalty program?

No. Loyalty programs reward repeat behavior in general. Vibu lets you nudge specific behavior at specific times. Different mechanic, different math.
