How it works
The 30-second version is on the home page. This is the version for the vendor who wants to know exactly what happens, what it costs them in attention, and what they can configure.
Step 0
You sign up at vibu.app. Five minutes: business name, address, phone, the email you actually check.
You configure your first offer. An offer is a re-usable rule set. Every voucher you ever issue is generated from an offer.
You install the Vibu vendor app on your phone (and on staff phones, if anyone else will be approving). The app does two things: receive approval notifications, and scan customer codes at redemption.
You print the QR poster and stick it next to the register. That is the entire setup.
Step 1
Customer finishes paying. Whoever's on the floor says some version of "scan this if you want 30% off your next visit on a Tuesday or Wednesday." Customer scans the QR with their phone camera. No app install. The page opens in their default browser.
Their page reads "pending approval" with a small spinner. The vendor's phone (and the specific employee's phone, if you've enabled employee-level approvals) lights up with a notification: "New scan from a customer at the counter. Approve?"
Vendor swipes the notification. Customer's page updates to show the active voucher: a QR code, the terms in plain language, and an "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button.
Customer either bookmarks the page, screenshots it, or saves it to their wallet. They leave.
Step 2
Customer pulls up their voucher page (from the bookmark, the wallet, or the screenshot). They show you the QR code at the counter.
You open the Vibu app and scan their code. The app checks: is the voucher active? Is today inside the valid window? Are we inside the valid hours? Has it already been redeemed? If everything passes, the app shows "Approved, apply 30% off." You apply the discount in your normal payment flow. You tap "Confirm redemption." The voucher is now used.
If something fails (wrong day, expired, already redeemed) the app tells you why, and you can offer the customer a fresh voucher on the spot if you want.

The dashboard
Every vendor dashboard shows the same three numbers: vouchers issued, vouchers redeemed, and redemption rate (the percentage that actually came back).
You'll see which offers perform. Maybe the 20% off offer gets a 12% redemption rate and the 30% off offer gets a 38% redemption rate. That's the kind of feedback you can't get from a coupon.
You'll see what time windows are most popular for redemption, so you can refine the offer (open the window earlier, close it later, add another off-peak day).
Staff and audit
You invite employees by email. Each gets their own login on the Vibu app. When a customer scans, the notification goes to the specific employee logged in at that counter, and approvals are recorded against that employee's account.
This eliminates "sweethearting" (a staff member quietly handing out discounts to friends) without you having to police anything. Every approval has a name on it.
The validation loop is one week. Print one QR, hand it out 10 times, see what happens.
